ROBERT J. DELVECCHIO

Since 1995, Mr. DelVecchio has acted as CEO and President of Brockington Securities, Inc., a broker-dealer who is a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers. In February 2005, the Assured Pharmacy Board of Directors appointed Mr. DelVecchio to serve as Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed Assured Pharmacy's Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in March 2005. Mr. DelVecchio concurrently serves as the CEO, CFO and Board member of Assured Pharmacy, Inc.

HARESH SHETH

Mr. Sheth was appointed as a member of the Assured Pharmacy Board of Directors in September 2005. In May 2006, the Board appointed Mr. Sheth to serve as Chief Operating Officer. Since 1991, Mr. Sheth has acted as President of Janus Finance Corporation, an asset based finance company. Mr. Sheth joined Mosaic Capital Advisors LLC in 2004 as their group financial officer.

JAMES MANFREDONIA

Mr. Manfredonia possesses broad expertise in regulatory and financial markets with extensive background in capital markets, daily risk management, recruiting and training.

Mr. Manfredonia has 24-years of Wall Street experience, beginning his career at Lehman Brothers in 1980. In 1983, he joined Salomon Brothers where he became a senior trader and participated in the introduction of program trading. Mr. Manfredonia also served as senior position trader for Drexel Burnham, was the founding general partner of Blair Manfredonia Limited Partners, a hedge fund/broker dealer. Mr. Manfredonia spent 10 notable years at Merrill Lynch where he managed the listed trading desk with additional responsibilities for NASDAQ, portfolio trading, sales trading and NYSE staff, supervising 125 people generating revenues in excess of $800 million. He joined Bear Stearns in 2002 as manager of listed equity trading and NYSE operations--Bear Stearns handles approximately 15 percent of the New York Stock Exchange daily trading volume. Mr. Manfredonia also serves as Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange Upstairs Traders Advisory Committee and a member of the Market Performance Committee of the New York Stock Exchange.

As a member of the Assured Pharmacy Board of Directors, Mr. Manfredonia's role will be to chair the corporate governance committee, review the Company's business ethics and conduct code and provide capital markets insight.

RICHARD FALCONE

Richard D. Falcone is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of public company experience has joined its Board of Directors. Mr. Falcone is a senior finance/operations executive with an extensive and successful background in professional service, retail and technology companies, where he has established a strong track record of inspiring high revenue growth and profitability in both emerging and established companies.

Mr. Falcone launched his career in 1975 with PriceWaterhouse & Co. He joined Tiffany & Co. in 1983 where he served as Manager of Audit, Director of Financial Control and Director of International Finance and Operations, he was instrumental in restructuring the organization, completing several debt financings and its initial public offering. In 1990, Mr. Falcone joined Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc as its Chief Financial Officer, where he helped grow the company from $100 million to over $800 million in revenue, automated its operational and financial systems, and completed its initial public offering as well as a follow-on offering raising over $225 million. Mr. Falcone later joined Netgrocer.com as Chief Financial Officer, raised over $25 million in venture capital and was responsible for establishing the company's distribution operations. Since 2001, Mr. Falcone has served as Chief Financial Officer of The A Consulting Team, Inc., an IT service company where he has been instrumental in restructuring an operation that had lost over $30 million in a two-year period, into a profitable company.
